The Yoga Den Wants To Know...
If you haven't heard already, the Yoga Den will be moving to a free-standing location in the Lowes Shopping Center off Magnolia Ave. between the 91 and 15 freeways in November 2008! We are very excited about the move to a new facility and want to make sure we offer all of the classes and services you want!

The Yoga Den, established in 2000 was the first yoga studio in the Corona/Norco area to offer yoga classes for students of all levels. The Yoga Den Health Spa has an accommodating schedule to choose from and various workshops and retreats throughout the year. We also sell yoga merchandise. High quality clothing brands we carry including Hard TailTM, Be PresentTM. MandukaTM yoga mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and CDs of various artists are also available. Our Instructors
Yoga Den Health Spa instructors are
highly trained in the practice of yoga, and are regular
practitioners of the art. They have completed professional
training programs for yoga teachers and are able to work
with individuals of all levels. |

Meet Mod...
Thursday morning Level 1-2 classes at 9:30am will now be taught by Mod. Mod also teaches at her own personal studio, The Movement - Center For Yoga in Chino Hills. She is a dedicated student of Anusara Yoga and is currently pursuing Anusara Yoga teacher certification. Her classes follow this hatha system and its principles of alignment. She teaches in a playful style and encourages her students to maintain proper alignment while challenging themselves in a safe manner. Come check out her new class at the Yoga Den this Thursday!
