Serenity Yoga
Soothe your soul in this restorative class! Serenity yoga combines restorative poses and gentle stretching typically done on the floor with supportive props. Some Thai yoga massage coupled with soothing music & aromatherapy to help the body release. Restorative poses are an important part of any long-term yoga practice: they recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress, and bring our nervous systems into a more balanced state. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. (60 min)
Special Needs Yoga
Students from 7 – 25. This class is for kids with developmental disabilities that would like the opportunity to learn about stretching, twisting, and bending. Parents must attend the first class with there child and the teacher will determine if they will need to continue to come with your child continually. (60 minutes)
Yoga 1
A cross between gentle yoga and level 1-2. Just enough but not too much. (60 min)
Yoga 1-2
A great place to start! Ideal for both new and continuing students who want to achieve a deeper awareness of form and the mind-body connection. Components of classical sun salutes are taught, as well as most traditional standing poses, gentle twists, back-bends, forward folds, and optional safe inversions. (90 minutes)
Gentle Yoga
Perfect for new students, senior citizens, and those who are recovering from accidents, surgery, and cancer. This class will help to relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. Also great for pre/post natal students. (60 minutes)
Pre/Post-Natal
For the new mom or mom-to-be. Breathing exercises help to de-stress and to focus. Learn poses that will help to lengthen and stretch the quickly-changing body and make you feel better. This class is especially recommended for those suffering from sciatic nerve pressure, back pain, and those preparing for birth. (60 minutes)
Happy Hour Yoga
A mixed-level vinyasa flow class in a one-hour format. Come build heat and strength, burn fat, and make it home in time for dinner! (60 minutes)
Community Yoga
See Level 1 for description. All levels are welcome. Suggested Donation $5 or included in your membership. (60 minutes)
Meditation
Emotions and thoughts give birth to our mental set up and attitude. Understanding these emotions and thoughts is the first and final step towards moving beyond it. (35 min.)
Kids Yoga
Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. (60 min)
Belly Dancing
Come shake and shimmy your way to toned abdominals, strong arms and legs, graceful movement, and FUN! Folkloric Traditional style. (60 minutes)
Satsang Sunday with Leeza
To awaken, enlighten, and enhance ones own consciousness. In a world where the predominant focus of attention is ‘out there’ Satsang provides an environment which affirms the practice of looking within. Di course from Swami Paramahamsa Nithyananda. (At Leeza’s House)
Zumba
Come dance for a great cardio workout with fun latin rhythms. Move your feet to the beat, laugh and have a great time while getting fit. (60 minutes)
