What should I bring to class?
An open mind, a towel, and a yoga mat if you have one- or you can rent one at our studio for a small fee.
Can I eat before class?
It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Allow 2 hours to digest after a snack and 3-4 hours after a meal before practicing.
Do I need to pre-register or sign up for weekly classes?
Many of our regularly scheduled classes are on a drop in basis. This means you may drop in whenever you’d like to take a class.
What should I wear to class?
Wear something comfortable and light weight. Layers are always best, sweats not recommended.
